RESOLUTION NO. 2006-172
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR TCW DISPOSAL, INC.
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds
have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for TCW Disposal, Inc. for the period through March 31, 2007.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on April 25, 2006.
