RESOLUTION NO. 2006-130
TERMINATION OF WATER QUALITY POND MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT FOR SANDPIPER PONDS (97089)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Sandpiper Ponds to terminate the Agreement
Regarding Water Quality Treatment Pond dated November 23, 1998 recorded on December 3, 1998 as
Document No. 3092382 in the office of the Registrar of Titles for Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the Plymouth
Pond Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the petition is eligible and meets
all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the petition to terminate the water quality pond
maintenance agreement for Sandpiper Ponds (97089) is granted. The water quality treatment pond
agreement for Sandpiper Ponds (97089) is terminated.
