RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION OF MONEY
FROM THE PLYMOUTH CRIME AND FIRE PREVENTION FUND
TO ENABLE THE PLYMOUTH POLICE EXPLORERS TO ATTEND THE
2006 NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPLORER CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Explorer Program serves to introduce young people,
between the ages of 14-20, to the career of law enforcement; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Explorers have worked hard to earn money for their
transportation to the 2006 National Law Enforcement Explorer Conference; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund has donated money to be
used to pay for the registration and car rental for the 2006 National Law Enforcement
Explorer Conference,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council accepts the donation of money from the
Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund to pay for the registration and car rental for
the Plymouth Police Explorers to attend the 2006 National Law Enforcement Explorer
Conference.
