APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
CENTRAL AND ZACHARY WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
EXPANSION AND UPGRADE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2032
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 has been prepared providing for the following:
Ten items of additions to the contract amount.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 for Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants Expansion
and Upgrade, City Project No. 2032, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 7 for Knutson Constriction
Services, For Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants Expansion and Upgrade, City
Project No. 2032, by adding $32,997.00 is approved:

$19,429,909.60
- Add 187,974.00
- Add 32,997.00
$19,650,880.60
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $32,997.00 will be
needed from the Utility Trunk Fund.
