APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MN AND
SRF CONSULTING GROUP, INC. FOR THE
FERNBROOK LANE/TH 55,27 TH AVENUE TO 34TH AVENUE PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2006, the City Council adopted a resolution designating SRF
Consulting Group, Inc. as the engineer for this project; and
WHEREAS, the Supplemental Agreement for Professional Services between the City of
Plymouth and SRF Consulting Group, Inc. has now been prepared and is attached for
reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Supplemental Agreement for Professional
Services between the City of Plymouth and SRF Consulting Group, Inc. is approved at a
not -to -exceed amount of $491,902;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign the Supplemental Agreement.
