HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2006-108CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-108 RESOULTION IMPOSING A CIVIL PENALTY AGAINST EL AZTECA FOR LIQUOR COMPLIANCE CHECK VIOLATION WHEREAS, The Plymouth Police Department routinely conducts compliance checks on licensed liquor establishments with the City; and WHEREAS, during one of theses checks conducted on October 20, 2005, an individual employed at El Azteca, located at 3500 Vicksburg Lane, served an alcoholic beverage to an underage person; and WHEREAS, the licensee was given a $2000 fine and a twenty -day suspension on June 14, 2005, for their last violation, and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statue and Plymouth City Code allow for administrative civil penalties against the license holders for such violations. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution imposing a revocation of license for a fourth violation against El Azteca Adopted by the City Council on March 14, 2006.
