RESOLUTION NO. 2006-105
APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Michelle Foss, who serves as the Ward 2 representative on the Environmental
Committee has submitted her resignation effective February 1, 2006,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Carlos Gutierrez is hereby appointed as the Ward 2
representative on the Environmental Quality Committee with a term to expire January 31, 2009.
Adopted by the City Council on February 28, 2006.
