RESOLUTION NO. 2006-098
AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" RESTRICTION ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF 15TH AVENUE BETWEEN XENIUM LANE (CSAH 61) AND 1,000
FEET TO THE EAST
WHEREAS, observations revealed traffic conflicts resulting from vehicles parked on both
sides of 15th Avenue east of Xenium Lane (CSAH 61) especially during winter months; and
WHEREAS, discussions with adjacent property owners indicate a preference for limiting
parking at this location to improve traffic flow and safety; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No
Parking" signs on the north side of 15th Avenue between Xenium Lane (CSAH 61) and
1,000 feet to the east.
