RESOLUTION NO. 2006-093
RECEIVING ENGINEERING PROPOSALS AND
DESIGNATING THE ENGINEER FOR FERNBROOK LANE/
HIGHWAY 55,27 TH AVENUE NORTH TO 34TH AVENUE NORTH
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Fernbrook Lane is listed as a 2006 - 2007 CIP project in the
approved 2006 - 2010 CIP program at an estimated total cost of $3.5 million; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to five of seven designated engineering firms that have
expertise in roadway improvement projects involving State and Federal Aid fiunding; and
WHEREAS, the proposals were received and evaluated by a City staff selection committee; and
WHEREAS, the selection committee recommends that SRF Consulting Group, Inc. be designated as
the engineer for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
• SRF Consulting Group, Inc. is designated as the City's consulting engineer for
design and constriction services for Fernbrook Lane/Highway 55, 27t1' Avenue to
34th Avenue, City Project 1013.
Adopted by the City Council on February 28, 2006.
