APPROVING STATE OF MINNESOTA AGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION IN
PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
FERNBROOK LANE/TH 55
27TH AVENUE NORTH TO 34TH AVENUE NORTH

CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the Preliminary Engineering of Fernbrook Lane/TH
55, from 27"' Avenue to 34"' Avenue, State Project No's., M.P. NCPD 0055(210) and 155-164-
012, Agreement No. 89297 has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things approved as conditioned
therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec. 161.36, the Commissioner
of Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of Plymouth to accept as its agent, federal aid
fiinds, which may be made available for eligible transportation related projects
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 89297, for Fernbrook Lane/TH 55, 27"' Ave. to 34"' Ave., State Project No's.
M.P. NCPD 0055(2 10) and 155-164-012, City Project No. 1013.
Adopted by the City Council on February 28, 2006.
