AWARD CONTRACT
CITY CENTER STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4143
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the City Center Street Lighting
Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, the bid submitted by InfraSource, Inc. was determined to be non-responsive
and is therefore rejected; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Killmer Electric Company, Inc. of Crystal, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract for the bid with Killmer Electric
Company, Inc. of Crystal, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the City Center
Street Lighting Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by
the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $153,172.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that fiinding for this project shall be
from 100% assessment to the adjacent property owners.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 2006.
