APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
CENTRAL AND ZACHARY WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
EXPANSION AND UPGRADE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2032
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared providing for the following:
Ten items of additions to the contract amount.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 for Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants Expansion
and Upgrade, City Project No. 2032, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 6 for Knutson Constriction
Services, For Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants Expansion and Upgrade, City
Project No. 2032, by adding $40,387.00 is approved:

REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$19,429,909.60
- Add 147,587.00
- Add 40,387.00
$19,617,883.60
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $40,387.00 will be
needed from the Utility Trunk Fund.
