RESOLUTION NO. 2006-054
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND FINAL
PAYMENT TO WHEELER HARDWARE
WHEREAS, Wheeler Hardware was the main supplier of hardware for the Ice Center
expansion project; and
WHEREAS, the constriction manager has submitted Change Order No. 2 in the amount
of $1,205 and final payment in the amount of $2,667.67; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and agreed with these recommendations,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the City Council approves Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $1,205, and fiirther, final
payment be made to Wheeler Hardware in the amount of $2,667.67, and fiirther, that the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign Change Order No. 2 on behalf of the
City.
