AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2005-466
ESTABLISHING 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
AND BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING DATES
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the City Council adopted a Resolution Establishing the 2006
City Council Regular Meeting Dates and the Board of Equalization Meeting dates, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of Equalization Meetings were scheduled for April 4 and April 18, and;
WHEREAS, a number of Councilmembers are unable to attend the Board of Equalization
Meeting on April 4,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that Resolution No. 2005-466 is amended by changing the Board of Equalization
Meetings to April I I and April 25 at 5:30 p.m. Further, following these meetings or at 7:00 p.m.,
whichever is later, the Regular Council meetings would be conducted.
Adopted by the City Council on January 17, 2006.
