RESOLUTION NO. 2006-033
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WELL NO'S. 7 & 12 MAINTENANCE PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 5133
WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc.,
Inc., has prepared plans and specifications for Well No's. 7 & 12 Maintenance Project
and all necessary appurtenances, and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are on file in the City
Engineer's Office and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
and in The Constriction Bulletin an advertisement for bids for the making
of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement shall be published twice, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on
February 2, 2006 at which time they will be publicly opened in the office
of the City Engineer in the Plymouth City Center building at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied
by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to
the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
