RESOLUTION NO. 2006-032
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER ON THE
PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER LOWER LEVEL
WHEREAS, the contractor failed to complete certain items on the Plymouth Creek
Center project; and
WHEREAS, City staff spent time and dollars finishing said work on behalf of the
contractor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that Change Order NO. 4 in the deduct amount of $2,500 is approved on the
Plymouth Creek Center lower level project.
Adopted by the City Council on January 10, 2006.
