RESOLUTION NO. 2006-021
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
VICKSBURG LANE PUMPING STATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 3108
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Item one provides for the cost of revising the outlet stricture required by the
Shingle Creek Watershed. Item two provides costs for the City of Plymouth
Building Department in delaying the release of the building permit. Item three
provides for the addition of a vent in the clearwell. Item four provides for the
cost of additional foundation work not shown. Item five provides for signs and
labeling required by the City of Plymouth Fire Marshal. Item six provides for
rerouting of the chemical feed lines required by the Department of Health.
Item seven provides for saw cut joints in the topping slab. Item eight provides
for switching from a Lutz pump to a Pulsa-Feeder pump. Item nine provides
costs for a pump credit.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Vicksburg Lane Pumping Station, City Project No.
3108, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Magney Constriction
Inc., for Vicksburg Lane Pumping Station, City Project No. 3108, by adding $11,745.27 is
approved:

$2,575,895.00
- Add 11,745.27
$2,587,640.27
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $11,746 will be needed
from the Utility Trunk Fund.
