Amends and Restates Resolution No. B94-17
A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND RESTATING
RESOLUTION NO. B94-17 ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF
ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS ON
NOVEMBER 15, 1994
WHEREAS, Resolution No. B94-17 was filed for record with the Hennepin County Recorder on
November 29, 1994, as Document No. 2570194. This Resolution contained typographical errors
related to variances approved for setback and signage and an incorrect legal description.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. B94-17 was re-recorded on March 15, 1996 as Document No.
2685977 to correct the typographical errors related to the variances approved for setback and
signage contained in the Resolution recorded as Document No. 2570194, but still retained an
incorrect legal description.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. B94-17 and corrected Resolution No. B94-17, recorded as
Document Nos. 2570194 and 2685977, were erroneously recorded against the following
described property:
Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 4th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Resolution No. B94-17 recorded on March 15, 1996 as
Document No. 2685977 is hereby amended and restated to correct the legal description for a
variance to increase the surface area of a nameplate sign from 32 square feet to 50 square feet
together with a variance to allow a 5 foot front yard setback versus the 20 foot Ordinance
Standard for property located at 13200 State Highway 55, and legally described as Lot 1, Block
1, Vision of Glory Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
