RESOLUTION NO. 2006-002
RESOLUTION SETTING PLYMOUTH
METROLINK DIAL -A -RIDE FARES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Advisory Committee on Transit (PACT) provides review and
oversight of Plymouth Metrolink operations, facilities and administration; and
WHEREAS, PACT has reviewed and recommended for approval a Dial -A -Ride fare increase
effective January 16, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
adopt a resolution setting new Plymouth Dial -A -Ride fares effective January 16, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the City hereby adopts this resolution setting fares for Plymouth Dial -A -Ride at $2 for
all rides, excluding ADA assistants and children under the age of five effective January 16,
2006.
Adopted by the City Council on January 10, 2006.
