ORDINANCE NO. 2013-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 5405 VICKSBURG LANE NORTH (2013018)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single family detached 3) with
respect to the roughly 16 -acre property presently legally described as follows:
The South 526.00 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 5,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on May 28, 2013.
