ORDINANCE NO. 2013-17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 18940 AND 19010 STATE HIGHWAY 55
AND 13 EVERGREEN ROAD FOR CREEKSIDE HILLS (2013020)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single family detached 3) with
respect to property to be legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, and that part of Lot 2, Block 1, CREEKSIDE HILLS, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying northerly of a line described as
commencing at the most easterly northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed
bearing of of North 89 degrees 28 minutes 48 seconds West along a northerly line of said
Lot 2 a distance of 641.14 feet to an angle point and the point of beginning of the line to
be described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 28 minutes 48 seconds West a distance
of 607.51 feet to the centerline of the creek being common between Lot 1 and Lot 2,
Block 1, CREEKSIDE HILLS, and there terminating.
Section 2. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to P -I (public/institutional) with respect
to property to be legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, CREEKSIDE HILLS, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying southerly of a line described as
commencing at the most easterly northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an
assumed bearing of of North 89 degrees 28 minutes 48 seconds West along a
northerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 641.14 feet to an angle point and the point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 28
minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 607.51 feet to the centerline of the creek
being common between Lot I and Lot 2, Block 1, CREEKSIDE HILLS, and there
terminating.

Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on May 28, 2013.
