RESOLUTION No. 2013-164
A RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
LAN -TAY, INC; D/B/A ROCKFORD ROAD BP
4090 ANNAPOLIS LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an Off -Sale 3.2 Liquor License from
Lan -Tay, Inc; d/b/a Rockford Road BP, 4090 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Off -Sale 3.2 Liquor License from Lan -Tay,
Inc; D/B/A Rockford Road BP, 4090 Annapolis Lane. The liquor license would be issued for the
period through January 31, 2014.
