RESOLUTION No. 2013-163
A RESOLUTION APPROVING MANAGED PRINT SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Document Technology Solutions, Bloomington, Minnesota, currently provides
Managed Print Services to the City for all copy machines, including all maintenance, service, supplies,
and some equipment; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed options with regards to this service; and
WHEREAS, the City will realize cost savings by entering into a new Managed Print Services
agreement with said company; and
WHEREAS, and the contract term is 39 months at a cost of $6,478 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Managed Print Services agreement with Document
Technology Solutions is hereby approved.
