RESOLUTION No. 2013-161
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
FOR THE CHURCHILL FARMS EDGE MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT,
CITY PROJECT NO. 13021
WHEREAS, the significant maintenance repairs to the street were needed after the 2012-2013
winter; and
WHEREAS, this project is programmed in the 2013-2017 Capital Improvement Program for
constriction in 2014 but due to repairs needed is recommended to be moved to 2013; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the
work required on each street in the areas recommended to be considered for the Churchill Farms
Edge Mill and Overlay Project, City Project No. 13021; and
WHEREAS, The streets located in the Churchill Farms and Bridlewood subdivisions is the
recommended project area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is instructed to prepare a
Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary
way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvements as recommended.
