RESOLUTION No. 2013-153
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
LAN -TAY, INC., D/B/A ROCKFORD ROAD BP
4090 ANNAPOLIS LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for Lan -
Tay, Inc., d/b/a Rockford Road BP, 4090 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds no reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Tobacco License is hereby
approved for Lan -Tay, Inc., d/b/a Rockford Road BP, 4090 Annapolis Lane. The Tobacco
License issued is valid for the period through December 31, 2013.
