RESOLUTION No. 2013-152
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
FOR A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, TERRA VISTA
5920 ZANZIBAR LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, property owner Curt Swanson Homes LLC , requested the City to approve
an encroachment agreement allowing a fence to be constricted within a drainage and utility
easement at 5920 Zanzibar Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the fence within the easement and
all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the owner's property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 4, Terra Vista; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, the encroachment agreement that will allow the
proposed fence in a drainage and utility easement.
