HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2013-150CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2013-150 APPROVE TRANSFER BETWEEN FUNDS WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the unaudited financial report for 2012 and recommendation for transfers between fiends NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the finance manager is authorized to transfer the following fiends: From To Amount General Fund Public Facilities $56,353 General Fund Resource Planning $150,000 General Fund Street Reconstruction $2,368,735 Park & Recreation Resource Planning $10,000 Park & Recreation Park Replacement $500,000 2007A Open Space -Capital 2007A Open Space -Debt $704 2010A Open Space -Capital 2010A Open Space - Debt $412 2012A GO Bond 2004 GO Refunded Bond $102,316 TIF 7-4 TIF 7-5A $130,580 Risk Management Central Equipment $16,982 Risk Management Information Technology $1,502 Water Information Technology $2,500 Water Resources Information Technology $2,500 General Fund Information Technology $2,520 Water Central Equipment $5,127 Water Resources Central Equipment $4,505 Water Water Resources $3,143 Further, be it resolved, that the transfers are to be made effective December 31, 2012, to be reflected in the year-end financial statements for 2012.
