Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2007-522CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2007-522 APPROVING FINDINGS AND FACT AND DECISION FOR WANDERING SPIRITS, 3435 HIGHWAY 169 WHEREAS, on November 27, 2007 the City Council conducted a hearing on the second alcohol compliance check violation for Wandering Spirits, 3435 Highway 169; and WHEREAS, the City Council directed the City Attorney to approve Findings and Fact and Decision to support the penalty consisting of a $2,000 fine and 14 consecutive day license suspension, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the attached Findings and Fact and Decision for Wandering Spirits are hereby approved. Adopted by the City Council on December 11, 2007.
