Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2007-521CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2007-521 APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES 2008 THROUGH 2010 WHEREAS, On October 9, 2007, the City Council designated the following engineering firms to be included in the City's pool of consulting engineers for completing various public improvement projects: Bonestroo SRF Consulting Group, Inc. (SRF) WSB & Associates, Inc. (WSB) Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Assoc., Inc. (TKDA) WHEREAS, a Master Agreement For Professional Engineering Services for 2008 through 2010 has been fidly executed by the five approved consulting engineering firms, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Master Agreements for Professional Engineering Services for Bonestroo, SRF Consulting Group, Inc. (SRF), WSB & Associates, Inc., Short Elliot Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) and Toltz, King Duvall, Anderson & Assoc., Inc. (TKDA) for 2008 through 2010 are approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreements. Adopted by the City Council on December 11, 2007.
