RESOLUTION NO. 2007-519
APPROVING 2008-2012 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed 2008-2012 Capital
Improvement Program for the City of Plymouth on October 17, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed 2008-2012 Capital Improvement
Program conforms to the other chapters of the City's Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and other
planning documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 2008-2012 Capital Improvement Program is
hereby approved, with the following changes: 1) Move the salt storage facility from 2008 to 2009
to allow time for additional negotiations and/or identification of alternate fiinding sources; 2)
Eliminate the web streaming of council meetings ($18,200) in light of this service being provided
by Northwest Cable Commission.
Adopted by the City Council on December 11, 2007.
