RESOLUTION NO. 2007-517
ADOPTING 2008 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared 2008 budgets for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 2008 based upon the requirements of State Law and City
Charter, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs on the 2008 Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $4,119,015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 2008
budgets for the following fiends are hereby approved:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council declares its intent to take
all necessary actions legally permissible for the submission and approval of the
City's budget and property tax levies.
