RESOLUTION NO. 2007-512
APPROVE FINAL PAYMENT FOR WOODLAND TRAIL PARKS
WHEREAS, the contractor Peterson Companies, Inc. has finished all work on the park at
Woodland Trails Park; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted final payment in the amount of $52,451; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted all work on this project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment in the amount of $52,451 is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on December 11, 2007.
