RESOLUTION NO. 2007-499
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REVISED MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE PLYMOUTH FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE LAKE REGION MUTUAL AID
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is a member of the Lake Regions Mutual Aid Association and
WHEREAS, the Association has adopted a revised mutual agreement for joint and cooperative
use of fire personnel and equipment; and
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth believes the effectiveness of fire protection within the City is
improved by adopting this revised agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the revised Lake Region Mutual Aid
Association agreement for the use of fire personnel and equipment, which includes the option to
charge back for services rendered.
Adopted by the City Council on December 11, 2007.
