RESOLUTION NO. 2007-492
ADOPTING THE OPERATION NIGHT CAP
GRANT FOR DWI ENFORCEMENT
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department can increase DWI enforcement by
participating in an Operation Night CAP grant contract; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Patrol will pay for overtime for accrued by Plymouth
Officers to participate in enforcement waves on specific dates; and
WHEREAS, the contractual amount will not exceed $3,960 for the period of the contract
October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council accepts the grant contract for Operation Night
CAP for DWI enforcement.
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2007.
