RESOLUTION NO. 2007-488
APPROVING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
AND NEW WORLD SYSTEMS FOR THE PURCHASE
AND INSTALLATION OF
FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, PAYROLL
AND UTILITY BILLING SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the City staff has requested bids for a financial and human resources software
package;and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the product against the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has negotiated to assure a reasonable price for the provided software
and conversion services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with New World Systems Corporation for
$900,000 for the purchase and installation of software to support financial management,
human resources information, payroll and utility billing.
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2007.
