RESOLUTION NO. 2007-479
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN CONTRACTS WITH
MEDINA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, TOWN AND COUNTRY CATERERS, AND
MINTAHOE HOSPITALITY GROUP
WI-1EREAS, the Plymouth Creek Center needs a new catering plan due to the termination of the
contract with Suzanne's Cuisine Inc; and
WIffiREAS, staff has conducted a thourough process to include any interested Catering
companies; and
WIffiREAS, the Plymouth Creek Center through it's relationship with Suzanne's Cuisine Inc., has
established a reputation for fine dining; and
WIffiREAS, our clients have indicated an interest in having more than one caterer to choose
from; and
WI-1EREAS, staff believes these three contracts will be beneficial to both the City and the
Caterers,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign said catering contracts between the City of Plymouth and Medina Entertainment Group,
Town and Country Catering, and Mintaho Hospitality Group.
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2007.
