RESOLUTION NO. 2007-466
APPROVING AN EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR
BANNER ENGINEERING (2007101)
WHEREAS, Banner Engineering Corporation is requesting a wetland replacement exemption for
excavation in a Type 2 wetland basin; and
WHEREAS, the proposed excavation is allowed under the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act
pursuant to MN Rule Chapter, 8420.0122. Subp. 5 (c);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exemption is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for the City of Plymouth for Banner Engineering
Corporation.
