RESOLUTION NO. 2007-462
APPROVAL OF STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT AND ORDER
FOR PARCEL NO. 3 (PIN 21-118-22-44-0013)
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, a Stipulation of Settlement and Order has been prepared between the City and Keats
Plymouth, LLC, owners of Parcel No. 3 (PIN 21-118-22-44-0013), for the acquisition of a
temporary constriction easement; and
WHEREAS, for fiill compensation for temporary use of said property, the City of Plymouth shall
pay the owners the sum of $11,500 for land and damages; and
WHEREAS, said Stipulation of Settlement and Order has been signed by the owner and it is
recommended for approval to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Stipulation of Settlement and Order for Parcel No. 3
(PIN 21-118-22-44-0013) between the City and Keats Plymouth, LLC is approved, and the City
Attorney is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
