RESOLUTION NO. 2007-461
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN AN AMENDED CONSERVATION EASEMENT
WHEREAS, a conservation easement was required for approval for development of Lot 2,
Block 1, Bass Creek Business Park 4"' Addition; and
WHEREAS, there exists an underlying utility easement which conflicts with the conservation
easement; and
WHEREAS, the easement has been amended and signed by Opus Northwest, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Opus will record the amended Conservation Easement at Hennepin County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign the amended conservation easement for Lot 2, Block 1, Bass Creek Business Park 4t1'
Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on November 13, 2007.
