RESOLUTION NO. 2007-448
APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR KOBE JAPANESE RESTAURANT, 15555 34th AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for On -Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor
Licenses from Kobe Operating LLC d/b/a Kobe Japanese Restaurant, 15555 34th Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant and operating manager by the Plymouth
Police Department resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to
deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that On -Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for Kobe Operating LLC d/b/a Kobe
Japanese Restaurant, 15555 34th Avenue are hereby approved.
