RESOLUTION NO. 2007-432
APPROVING MEMORIAL GARDEN FOR
PARKERS LAKE PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended approval
of said request,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEDF BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the Plymouth Wayzata Baseball Association is authorized to install
a memorial garden at Parkers Lake Playfield with the following conditions:
A. The baseball association shall pay for all the cost of installation.
B. They will be responsible for care and maintenance of the garden at all
times.
C. If the baseball association stops maintaining the garden, the City has the
option to remove the garden at their discretion.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2007.
