RESOLUTION NO. 2007-430
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER #3
FOR THE
REFURBISHMENT OF FIRE DEPARTMENT LADDER 31
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved a contract of $456,925 with Custom Fire Apparatus
for the refiirbishment of fire department Ladder 31; and
WHEREAS, The City budget has reserved $475,000 for the completion of this project; and
WHEREAS, Change Oder 43 totaling $9189.84 has been received for the required repairs on
Ladder 31;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council adopts the resolution approving Change
Order 43 for the amount of $9189.84 for the refurbishment of fire department Ladder 31.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2007.
