RESOLUTION NO. 2007-429
DESIGNATING ENGINEERING CONSULTANT POOL AND
DIRECTING STAFF TO EXECUTE MASTER AGREEMENTS
WITH DESIGNATED FIRMS
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth has reviewed its current pool of engineering consultants
in accordance with Resolution No. 2002-275; and
WHEREAS, a Request for Qualifications was sent to nine qualified engineering firms that
have expertise in various disciplines of municipal engineering; and
WHEREAS, nine Statements of Qualifications were received and evaluated by City staff, and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the firms of Bonestroo; Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc.;
SRF Consulting Group, Inc.; TKDA; and WSB & Associates, Inc. be designated as
engineering consultants for the City's engineering pool;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
• Bonestroo; Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc.; SRF Consulting Group, Inc.;
TKDA; and WSB & Associates, Inc. are designated as the City's pool of
consulting engineers for completing various public improvement projects;
and
• City staff are directed to execute master agreements with each firm and
each agreement will run for a period of 3 years with an option to extend
each agreement an additional 3 years.
