APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE 2007- RELATING TO CITY FEES
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2007-23 amended Sections 1010 and 1016 of the City Code relating
to City fees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that summary publication of Ordinance No. 2007-23 adopted
by the City Council on October 9, 2007 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a printed copy of the fiill text of the ordinance is available
for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
