RESOLUTION NO. 2007-422
AWARD CONTRACT FOR MOONEY LAKE
EMERGENCY OUTLET INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 7111
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Mooney Lake Emergency
Outlet Infrastructure Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. of Ramsey, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends awarding the project, including the Alternate
Bid, to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. of Ramsey, MN;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Dave Perkins Contracting,
Inc. of Ramsey, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the Mooney Lake
Emergency Outlet Infrastructure Project, City Project No. 7111, according to the plans
and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the
City Engineer in the amount of $161,807.00.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiunding for this project shall
be from the Water Resources Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2007.
