APPROVING WOODLAND TRAILS PARK PROJECT 2007
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for Woodland Trails Park
Project 2007
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on October 2"a, 2007 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from Peterson
Companies.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the fiinding will come from the Park Dedication
Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2007.
