RESOLUTION 2007-412
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PUBLIC FACILITIES PLAN CHAPTER FOR THE 2008
CITY OF PLYMOUTH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE (2005050)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated an update to its Comprehensive Plan in Fall 2005;
and
WHEREAS, the preliminary public facilities chapter will be used to identify the City's public
facilities and to evaluate the fiiture needs of these facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary public facilities plan
chapter at a duly called public meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary public
facilities plan chapter dated September 25, 2007.
FURTHER, since this approval is preliminary only, it does not constitute an official
Comprehensive Plan Amendment and therefore is not contingent upon, or subject to, review and
response by the Metropolitan Council at this time.
Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2007.
