HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2007-405CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2007-405 APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVALS FOR FAMILY HOPE SERVICES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 101 AND 40TH AVENUE (2003002) WHEREAS, Family Hope Services has requested a second one-year extension of the site plan and conditional use permit approved for property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Family Hope 2"a Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Family Hope Services for a second one-year extension of the site plan and conditional use permit approved for property located at the southeast corner of County Road 101 and 40"' Avenue, subject to the following conditions: 1. A second one-year extension to the development approvals is hereby granted, subject to all of the conditions listed in Resolution 2003-423 approved on September 23, 2003. 2. The site plan and conditional use permit shall now expire on November 1, 2008. ADOPTED by the City Council on September 25, 2007.
