RESOLUTION NO. 2007-399
APPROVING AN EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR
WIKMAN EROSION CONTROL PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 6113
WHEREAS, a wetland replacement exemption is required for excavation in a wetland basin; and
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth endeavors to repair erosion as part of City Project 6113; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have granted the City of Plymouth drainage and utility
easements in accordance with constriction of a drainage utility; and
WHEREAS, the proposed excavation is allowed under the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act
pursuant to MN Rule Chapter, 8420.0122. Subp. 6 (a);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exemption is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for the City of Plymouth for the Wikman Erosion
Control (City Project No. 6113).
