AWARD CONTRACT
WIKMAN EROSION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 6113
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Wikman Erosion Project, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that G.L. Contracting of Medina, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends awarding the project, including Alternate
Bid A, to G.L. Contracting of Medina, MN;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract for the bid with G.L. Contracting
of Medina, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the Wikman Erosion Project
according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on
file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $116,244.01.

FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this project shall
be from the Water Resources Fund.
